You know when you see these things and they spark a memory…well this carousel certainly did with me and I had to have it in our vintage kitchen…
The salad carousal had a boxed and never been used but is a great piece of equipment to encourage eating more of the good stuff! 
This would be excellent at parties or just for friend and family dinners …
